My Approach

We all experience tough times! It is unbelievably easy to be overwhelmed by the struggles of self-image, relationships, emotions, and the expectations of others. What do we do when the controls that we put into place fail? We struggle, and hope that someone understands the obstacles we are facing. We hope that someone says something that inspires and guides us towards a more productive path in life.

The focus of my entire career has been providing counseling services to the ‘whole person (the holistic approach).  While my passion has always been the healthy journey of adolescents, I have found new passion in helping anyone find their inner peace. Getting to that place, is its own reward, and I would love to make that journey with you! Let’s find that peaceful you!

Clients will receive therapy in a nonjudgmental environment. I will encourage clients to face their negative thoughts and perspectives, while empowering them to set goals. If clients are honest and willing, they can expect personal breakthroughs over time.
